Double Hernia in the Lower Back

In January 2024, I was diagnosed with a double hernia and was in so much pain that I could only lie down.The doctors recommended surgery, but I wasn’t immediately convinced, so I tried seeing a physiotherapist. That didn’t help, so I kept searching. Through an acquaintance, I was introduced to Grant. I now receive monthly sessions and am completely pain-free. I can work as a contractor again without having had surgery.
