Double lower back hernia

I was diagnosed with a double hernia in January 2024, and the only thing I could do was lie down from the severe pain.

The doctors recommended surgery. I did not immediately support this, and I went to the physiotherapist. This didn't help, so I continued to look. Through an acquaintance, I ended up with Grant. I now attend a monthly treatment. I am now pain-free and can carry out my work as a contractor again, without surgery.

Grant is a nice, relaxed and interested therapist, with whom I feel very comfortable.
