Headaches and migraines

Many clients experience effective relief from their headaches or migraines after Body Stress Release.

In most cases, the therapist will identify an incident (stress event) or more than one incident in the client's past that can be attributed to the beginning of their problems. The sstress event may be due to one or more factors:

Mechanical (e.g. accident/fall/repeated load)

Overload of stress in the body
